Article: When will Dave Return, Possible Feud

I know many people aren't big fan of Batista well they were but ever since he won Royal Rumble people turned on him. Not getting to deep into this but just laying out the facts. Batista has been gone ever since the day after Extreme Rules. Why? Because he isn't liking the way WWE are taking place? All though it may sound true its not. The real reason he "left" was to promote his upcoming movie. He's not really gone from WWE.

I like Batista and he is amazing wrestler so don't blame him for winning the Royal Rumble blame the Creative Team. I mean come on its been 6-7 months lets just move on and start cheering Batista. He needs and we all owe Dave some respect I mean he has a busy calender. For him taking time to come WWE is really hard so we have to respect him. Anyway all I'm saying is Dave is a great guy and we should cheer him.

The real reason you guys are reading this that will Batista return and future feud? Right now,  I'm going to talk about will Batista return. The answer is Yes! Batista isn't quitting WWE he's just taking time to promote his movie. Anyway, Batista was suppose to return somewhere SummerSlam season. Well within week away I don't think he'll return till after SummerSlam ends. But I can be wrong although what WWE is in this place I don't think they need till after SummerSlam. Batista will return after SummerSlam because what direction WWE is taking.

Now, why I said after SummerSlam? Will you guys already know the main event for SummerSlam, John Cena vs Brock Lesnar, and whoever wins will might face Batista. What I'm about to say is not spoiler its just my prediction. At SummerSlam John Cena might drop his titles. Why you say? Cena is suppose to have a feud with Rusev after SummerSlam or somewhere around that. What seems like to me Rusev is not ready for a title shot and thats what I'm saying he might drop it.

Lesnar has win because he just broke the streak and it makes sense to keep on going by becoming the WWE/WHC and it all makes sense. So who will Lesnar next opponent be? You got it, its Batista! Batista is ready for a title shot and thats next big feud for Lesnar. And this is where Batista is Face. How? Don't you understand Lesnar is a 'Triple H Guy' and Batista is not. Two MMA Fighters! Going one on one and its perfect booking for Night of Champions. This is how everything will work and finally Dave will get all the respect.

Batista to stay in WWE but he won’t put Daniel Bryan over at Payback

WWE.com

Batista is staying in WWE but he won’t wrestle Daniel Bryan at the Payback PPV, reports F4Wonline.
Instead, WWE will run another Shield vs Evolution match, meaning Batista will be with the company until at least the first week of June. This isn’t the only Extreme Rules rematch we will see at Payback, Daniel Bryan will again battle Kane, this time in a Buried Alive match.
Batista’s unwillingness to work with Bryan has undoubtedly hurt the June pay-per-view. Do we really want to see rematches? No, fans are engaged by new content. Batista vs Bryan would have been a huge main event, two big name stars who would have delivered a high stakes battle. That was the match Vince McMahon wanted to do but Batista was negative on it.
Batista’s reluctance to work against Bryan led to heavy speculation on Monday that he would be taking time off from the company early. WWE have obviously negotiated things to keep his presence around another month, he appeared last night on Raw and was a strong force in the closing angle which saw Evolution destroy The Shield. Batista obviously felt that a six man match was a good direction for his character, you would guess that he didn’t want to work with Bryan because he felt a loss would have hurt his perception. He simply didn’t want to be a fall guy for Bryan’s run as Champion.
Batista already put Bryan over clean in the middle of the ring at WrestleMania 30. If WWE had wanted to do Bryan vs Batista just two months later, they should have really had Orton take the loss in April. That would have left Batista with more of a reason to face Bryan, he would have been protected at Mania with June in mind. Instead a situation was created where Batista would have lost to Bryan twice in the space of two months on pay-per-view. Batista wan’t cool with that, so instead we have The Shield Vs Evolution and Bryan vs Kane at Payback.

Latest on Batista taking off and his WWE Status

It’s said that Batista’s problem is not with Daniel Bryan. Batista isn’t happy with how things he was told would happen when he came in have been changed. It was said that the money isn’t that great and when you have money like he does, it makes it easier to leave, as we saw with CM Punk. Batista was scheduled to take time off in June any way and he had decided to just leave a few weeks early.

We noted before that WWE officials spent Sunday trying to talk him into working with Bryan at Payback. We noted early Sunday via PWInsider that backstage at Extreme Rules, Batista was giving the impression that he might stick around through Payback.

The last word on his status for Payback came just a few hours before his match Sunday night and word is that “it wasn’t looking good.”

Rumors: Batista staying with company through Payback?

Batista
Dave ‘The Animal’ Batista will have his hands full tonight as he teams up with Randy Orton and Triple H (Evolution) to take on The Shield in the Main Event.

Now there have been rumors swirling around that Batista would be taking time off from the WWE after Extreme Rules as he prepares himself for the release of his movie ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’. There could be talks of a possible sequel, but nothing has been confirmed just yet.

But according to WrestleZone, Batista could be staying with the WWE through Payback. A decision like this would make sense, only because we all know that tonight’s match between The Shield and Evolution will not be the last between the two stables.

This feud could last until Payback which will be live on June 1. After that, Batista could be away from the company until SummerSlam. So it’ll be interesting to see how the company will play this off. Will The Shield be the ones to shelve Batista, or will Triple H and Randy Orton turn on him.

The last could end up back firing, because well, the company tried bringing him back as a baby face already and it failed miserably.

Backstage News on Batista’s WWE Future Plans

It was reported that Batista was finishing up with WWE, for the time being, after Extreme Rules tonight and was scheduled to face Daniel Bryan at Payback but turned that match down.
PWInsider has updated their report and notes that people backstage at Extreme Rules today say that Batista is intimating that he is staying on through Payback after all. We should know soon enough if Batista is taking off this week or if he’s just obscuring the situation.
