PWInsider.com reports that the original opponent for WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan on Monday night's edition of RAW was supposed to be Batista. However, due to the current situation involving Batista about to take time off from WWE, the decision was made earlier in the day to change the match around.
Batista was replaced by Alberto Del Rio as Bryan's opponent.
