Kevin was at the Rancid show last night in Detroit, and CM Punk came out on stage. He reports that Lars said Rancid recorded a new theme for Punk that will debut at WWE Payback.
This confirms that Punk will appear at Payback, but not that he’ll compete necessarily, as we discussed last night on our WWE Payback Preview conversation.

Now the source says that its not clearly official that he'll compete but it does says he will appear at Payback. At least he'll show up thats what we all wanted to see CM Punk. He will fight in near future just not sure if he will fight at Payback. In other news he does has a NEW theme song by Rancid to debut at Payback.
